The Malt Shovel Tavern is proud to present live blues music every Wednesday evening (for which there is no admission charge and no tickets required). We feature local and international performers. Performance start times vary from around 9.00-9.30pm. Get here early! On the last Sunday of each month we are pleased to bring you our new 'Sunday Blues Club'. Entry to these Sunday sessions is by pre-purchased ticket only as shown below. Tickets for the Sundays are available over the bar (cash or cheques only) or by sending a stamped, SAE with full payment to the pub. Please see the Disclaimer at the end of this page.
