| The
quality of a pub's cellar can make or break the pub's
reputation. The cellar and the skill of the landlord in
maintaining it makes the difference between selling good
beers and rubbish. Our cellars have always been good, but in
the last year or two we have upgraded the stillage to an
automatic system. No more wedging of casks; they tilt
automatically as they empty meaning less handling and
disturbance.
